Jules and Kent wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer returns for store credit for all purchases on all products with the exception of sale, final sale, gift cards, promotional items and free items. Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, go to our Contact page and send us an email regarding your return. We will respond within 48 hours with a return code and return shipping label and instructions for your return. All returns require a return code for processing. Please be aware that items sent back to us without first requesting a return code will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at hello@julesandkent.com.

Exchanges
Jules and Kent wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchanged items.  

Refunds
Jules and Kent will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Jules and Kent is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
